This site is dedicated to one of AMTI’s four
pillars: Minimally Invasive Surgery. Minimally
invasive surgery, otherwise known as Laparoscopic
or Keyhole surgery, describes procedures performed
with the use of a video camera, long thin instruments,
and a television monitor. Laparoscopic surgery
is becoming increasingly popular with patients
because the scars are smaller and the period of
recovery is shorter. For a complete list of laparoscopic
procedures performed by Dr. Rosser, please visit
